Hey, High Schoolers!!!!:

~ Sunday, May 4th is Confirmation Sunday! ~ 9:30 a.m. Worship Service. ~

The Student Leadership Retreat (also known as Focus Retreat) will be from May 16th-18th at Three Crosses Retreat Center.
The plan is to leave Church by 4:30pm. That’s if everything works out for those going on the Retreat. So please let me know if this time will not work for anyone. We will arrive back home by 11 a.m. on Sunday.

May 10th: Highway Clean Up.  A chance to show you care for the environment.  Anybody can help but we especially need drivers to help transport all of us.  Confirmation Students: A final shot to get those service projects in!!

Teen Topics:  Interested in what it is?  Talk to Matt (651-214-7255), Zack (651-983-0262), Jenny (651-214-0387) or Laura (612-598-3577).

Guys Teen Topics:  Meeting on Tuesday’s from 5:30 til 6:30pm. Time can change according to what will work. Location will differ but will try to be somewhere other than Church. If you want to join Teen Topics do NOT attend one of these nights. Instead, come to the large group Teen Topics (the Last Sunday of every month in the Youth Room @ 10:30am) or talk to Matt (651-214-7255) or Zack (651-983-0262).

Lady’s Teen TopicsMeeting on Tuesday’s from 7 til 8 pm. Time can change according to what will work. Location will differ but will try to be somewhere other than Church. If you want to join Teen Topics do NOT attend one of these nights. Instead, come to the large group Teen Topics (the Last Sunday of every month in the Youth Room @ 10:30am) or talk to Jenny (651-214-0387) or Laura (612-598-3577).

Looking for Adult Christians who Love Students:  “Teen Topics” is a chance for students to meet outside of Church with an adult (or two) to discuss their faith. It will be in the format of small groups…but small groups need leaders.  If you have a passion for teenagers, please let Matt know. It will be very leader friendly and fun!

May 23:  Bagging groceries at the Cub Food in Hastings from 4-9pm.  Look for our students and say HI!!  Funds go towards our Mission Trip Account.

May 25th:  Large Group Teen Topics.  We’re gonna hang out, have fun, and talk about what we’ve done since our last meeting. Meet in the Youth Room @ 11am.

June 7th:  Applebee’s Pancake Fundraiser.  We’ll be serving from 8am through 10am this Saturday. We’ll be selling tickets all of May. Cost is $6 a person w/kids under 5 for free. Look for students selling the tickets. They can also be bought in the Church Office.

Parents ~
We’ve got the solution to summertime boredom . . . send your kids to Power Lab, where they will discover Jesus’ power! St. Paul’s will be oozing with Bible adventures. Each day your children will take part in fun Bible learning they can see, hear, touch, and even taste – crafts, team building games, lively Bible songs, and tasty snacks are just a few Power Lab activities. Power Lab is great fun for children and a great experience for adults to hand with. So mark on your calendar, August 10th because that’s when the fun starts and ends Wed, August 13th with a grand finale, a celebration you won’t want to miss!
