May is Food Shelf Month at St. Paul’s
Food Shelf Bags were handed out by the Encourage Team, Confirmation Group and perhaps Matt's group at church services on April 26th and April 27th. There will be extra bags available outside the church office throughout the month of May. The Encourage team will be collecting Food Shelf items throughout the month of May. They will also be handing out bags again on May 19th and 20th. 

Church Women United May Friendship Day 2008
May Friendship Day will be celebrated on Friday, May 2, 2008, at Christ Episcopal Church.  This year’s theme is “Plant a Seed of Hospitality, Reap Bouquets of Friendships”.  Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m.  The cost of the luncheon is $6.00. 

ST Paul’s Spring exterior clean up
In March, a bunch of church members cleaned the interior, now the grounds and exterior need a spruce up. It would be much appreciated if you can stop by the church Friday or Saturday, May 9th and 10th and spend an hour or so raking leaves & winter debris, or washing doors or windows. Bring your own gear, go to it and get ‘er done.      Serve Team

Women of Faith Conference
Join us for a weekend of rejuvenation! The Women of Faith Conference will be held October 17 and 18, 2008 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The conference theme is “Infinite Grace” (see display for more info). 

Tickets go on sale April 20th. The cost of the two days is $119.00 for conference and pre-conference, or $75.00 for just the conference. Complete a registration form and turn in $25.00 to reserve your seat by June 1st. Tickets are selling fast, so don’t wait to buy!!
